1. The Service

Releaslot allows you to provide information (product name, content, optional website/handles/media) via a form. We use this information and a template to craft an X post and schedule it for posting to the @releaslot X profile within a specific one-hour time slot you select. Please note that any preview of the post shown during the process is an approximation; the final appearance on the X platform may vary.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Payment

Use of the Service requires a one-time payment processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information via Stripe's interface.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final except in one specific case: If we fail to publish your post to the @releaslot X profile (i.e., the post never appears) within the one-hour time slot you selected, you are eligible for a full refund. We cannot guarantee the exact posting time within the slot. To request a refund under this condition, contact us at [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including if your content violates our User Content rules (see Section 5).

If you cancel your scheduled post before it is published, and the original booking was made via a payment (not a promo code), you may receive a promo code allowing you to reschedule for another available slot within 30 days of the cancellation. This promo code is valid for a single use and will expire after 30 days. If you cancel a post that was originally booked using a promo code, no new promo code will be issued.

5. User Content Rules

You are responsible for the content you submit. You grant us the right to use your submitted content solely to provide the Service (i.e., creating and posting the X post). Your content must comply with the following:

• Content (text, media descriptions) must be primarily in English. We cannot process or post content in other languages.
• It must be related to product release announcements or similar promotional content suitable for the @releaslot profile.
• It must NOT contain explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material.
• It must NOT contain illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• It must NOT mention or depict individuals without their explicit consent.
• It must NOT infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark).

We reserve the right to refuse to schedule or post any content that violates these rules, in our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided if your content is rejected for violating these rules.

We may modify your submitted content to fix typos and other errors. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to schedule a valid post (even if it complies with the User Content Rules) if we, for any reason, find it inappropriate for our service. In such cases where we refuse to post compliant content, we will issue a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself (excluding your submitted content) is the property of TechX Ltd.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for any issues beyond our core function: attempting to post your compliant content to @releaslot within the specified hour. We are not responsible for the reach, engagement, or impact of the post, X platform outages, or consequences arising from the content itself once posted. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the service, applicable only under the refund conditions stated in Section 4.

Regarding media uploads: While we accept media file uploads in formats supported by the X platform (including JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and various video formats), the content of the media itself must adhere to X's content policies and technical specifications, as detailed in their Media Best Practices. If your submitted media is unsupported, invalid, rejected by the X platform, or violates these content/technical rules, we will attempt to post your content without the media. We are not responsible for failures in media processing or upload, and no refunds will be issued in cases where your content is posted without the originally submitted media.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
